Frequently Asked Questions
Will my personal photos and messages be visible to IT?
No. Intune only manages work-related apps and data. IT cannot see your personal photos, messages, or browsing history.
What if I see a "Not Compliant" message?
This usually means a setting on your phone needs updating (such as setting a passcode). Follow the instructions shown in the Company Portal app to resolve it.
